Learning Objectives

Through a series of interactive lab activities in a fully-functional Kubernetes cluster, you will:

  • Use the Helm chart to install and configure Cluster Agent Node Agents
  • Use Agent CLI commands to confirm that the Agents are running correctly
  • Explore Datadog to see the wealth of data available about the cluster, from overall cluster health to resource usage by individual processes running inside a pods
  • Perform the same steps using the Datadog Operator

Upon completing this course you will understand how Datadog monitors a Kubernetes cluster, and be able to choose the best installation method for your own infrastructure.
