Frequently Asked Questions
Don't see your question? Let the Datadog Customer Education and Training Team know by emailing us at [email protected] or messaging us in the #learning-center channel on Slack.
Please enter your email address for the Datadog Learning Center into the password reset page. Information will be then emailed to you if you have previously created an account tied to that email address. (You may need to check your spam folder to find the information.)
If you do not receive a response within a few minutes, it's likely that your email address was not found. Please note that your email address may be different from the one you used for your Datadog account.
Can you find an email welcoming you to the Datadog Learning Center? If so, please verify that you are using that email address to sign in. If not, then you may not yet have created an account.
If you are still unable to reset your password, you may email us at [email protected].
We're sorry the lab didn't work for you. Here are some troubleshooting tips that may help:
Once you sign in, you can click on your name in the upper right corner, and then click on My Account. Then, on the left side, click Completed Courses.
Please note that only courses that were available on the Learning Center on July 19th, 2022 were migrated from the old system. Completion data is not available for the older courses, which are now retired or obsolete.
If you are still unable to find your completion data, it may be under a different email address. In this case, please sign out and sign in again with the correct email address. To find the correct address, you can search for any Learning Center welcome emails that you have received.
If you have any questions or concerns, you may email us at [email protected].
Badges are issued automatically upon completion of all the courses in one of our Learning Paths.
The Datadog Partner Network (DPN) is a program designed for Sales, Services, and Tech Partners. DPN members can access the portal and learning resources at partners.datadoghq.com. If you run into difficulty accessing either resource, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
Please try the login page again in a Chrome Incognito window to ensure that your browser plugins or settings are not breaking the login form. You may also need to clear your cache history for all time and try again. If you're using a password manager, such as 1Password, please check your saved credentials to make sure that only your email address and password are saved. If there's another field you don't recognize, it may have automatically saved hidden fields used by the form to prevent spam. Please delete those details and try again.
