Frequently Asked Questions
Don't see your question? Let the Datadog Customer Education and Training Team know by emailing us at learn@datadoghq.com or messaging us in the #learning-center channel on Slack.
Please enter your email address for the Datadog Learning Center into the password reset page. Information will be then emailed to you if you have previously created an account tied to that email address. (You may need to check your spam folder to find the information.)
If you do not receive a response within a few minutes, it's likely that your email address was not found. Please note that your email address may be different from the one you used for your Datadog account.
Can you find an email welcoming you to the Datadog Learning Center? If so, please verify that you are using that email address to sign in. If not, then you may not yet have created an account.
If you are still unable to reset your password, you may email us at learn@datadoghq.com.
Once you sign in, you can click on your name in the upper right corner, and then click on My Account. Then, on the left side, click Completed Courses.
Please note that only courses that were available on the Learning Center on July 19th, 2022 were migrated from the old system. Completion data is not available for the older courses, which are now retired or obsolete.
If you are still unable to find your completion data, it may be under a different email address. In this case, please sign out and sign in again with the correct email address. To find the correct address, you can search for any Learning Center welcome emails that you have received.
If you have any questions or concerns, you may email us at learn@datadoghq.com.
On July 20th, the Datadog Learning Center migrated to a new LMS. All courses were migrated, and the URLs for each course have also changed.
