Primary Audience

This intermediate level course is designed for DevOps and SREs who want to start proactively monitoring their Kubernetes deployments with Datadog.

Prerequisites

The prerequisites for this course are the following:

  • Completion of the Learning Environment course
  • Learners should be comfortable with the main Datadog products and how to navigate the Datadog app
  • A basic understanding of Kubernetes is recommended. 
  • The Datadog 101: SRE course is recommended. 
  • Learners should also understand how web applications work, and be familiar with the notion of APIs.

Technical Requirements

In order to complete the course, you will need:

  • Google Chrome or Firefox
  • Third-party cookies must be enabled to access labs
