Abstract

This workshop will look at the key pillars of product analytics, such as acquisition, retention, conversion, and adoption. Participants will gain hands-on experience using Datadog’s Product Analytics tool and learn how to:
- define KPIs that support their business objectives
- analyze user journeys to define the critical paths that users take
- measure user retention of a given feature set over time
- visualize key user behavior patterns with Datadog Heatmaps to understand level of engagement
Whether you’re a developer looking to understand how your features are used in production, or a product manager trying to test and validate your hypothesis, this workshop will help you embark on a new journey of data discovery with Datadog Product Analytics toolset.
