Introduction to Dashboards

Abstract

This course will demonstrate how to use the fundamental tools of Datadog dashboards.

You will explore widgets, integration dashboards, and template variables. Along the way, you’ll learn about the importance of creating a well constructed and easy to understand dashboard.

Understand the importance of creating a dashboard to present data
Learn how integrations can provide preconfigured widgets
Explore how template variables can customize widgets on a dashboard
Discover how to customize a dashboard to suit your needs
