Abstract

This course guides you through the process of adding the Datadog APM Java trace library to an application on a host. You will learn how to configure Unified Service Tagging and enable additional features of the Java trace library.

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to do the following:

  • Describe how to instrument (set up and configure) a Java application with APM
  • Configure Java applications using the APM trace library on a local host
  • Apply APM configuration changes to enable additional features
